Splinter Cell Double Agent

In an interview with Gaming Target, producer of the PS3 version of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent Mathieu Hector revealed some of the exclusive features the PS3 version of the game will see. These changes include:

  • A new girl spy in multiplayer mode.
  • Two extra multiplayer maps (NSA training center and Kinshasa)
  • New co-op challenges.
  • Sixaxis motion support used to operate various gadgets
Hector indicated that the team had wanted to implement a girl spy character since Pandora Tomorrow, but wasn't able to until now (why that was so hard to do, we don't know). He also went on to indicate that the online portion of the PS3 version will use the same middleware used in previous PS2 and PC titles, so it should be solid.
