Some developers are happy, some not. What else is new?
Speaking to Bloomberg, SCEA head honcho Kaz Hirai indicated that he expects the PlayStation 3 to launch with 15 titles this November. The comment was in response to recent complaints from various third parties that Sony hasn't gotten final specs to them quickly enough.
In fact, Sega's Simon Jeffrey even told Bloomberg that "there certainly will not be a lot of titles available," and also complained that final development kits still haven't reached many third party developers. However, executives from heavy hitters such as EA, Activision, and Ubisoft have commented that they're generally happy with the way Sony has handled things thus far.
